About the Webinar
Not every grant is right for every organization, and chasing the wrong opportunities wastes time you don't have. This session walks through where to find grant funders and, more importantly, how to evaluate whether a specific opportunity is a strong match for your programs before you invest time in an application.
You'll learn how to:
- Identify where to look for grant opportunities relevant to your organization
- Use Candid.org and IRS Form 990 data to research a funder's giving history
- Evaluate alignment between your programs and a funder's stated priorities
- Avoid the common mistake of bending your mission to fit a grant requirement
